Pilates Classes Level 2/3
My Pilates Classes Online Level 2 offers a faster pace and more challenging exercises and is suitable for those who feel confident and comfortable with my Pilates Classes Online Level 1
To join this class, it’s important that you understand the fundamentals of Pilates, this class will help you keep improving your technique, overall fitness and mobility.
Level 2-3 classes are combined with modifications making the exercises easier or harder depending on the level suitable for you.

My Pilates Classes Online Level 3 introduces the more classical, demanding Pilates moves and provide a much greater challenge for both body and brain. It should only be attended if you have completed the lower levels and have a good understanding of the fundamentals of Pilates.

As with all of my classes listen to your body and try the easier modifications before progressing onto the harder options

You will need a Resistance Band a Head Block and a Bender Ball for these classes.
